Episode 15

Discovering the meaning of masculinity with Rob 'Millsy' Mills

Published on: 12th December, 2022

In this episode, Cass is joined by Rob ‘Millsy’ Mills - an Australian actor and musician. Since appearing as a finalist on the very first season of Australian Idol, Millsy has really carved out a name for himself in the entertainment sphere. Millsy’ new book, ‘Putting on a Show” looks at what it means to be an average Aussie bloke, and how men exist in the modern world. Millsy speaks about how men process and communicate their emotions, understanding how toxic masculinity affects both men and women, and how men can start opening up in their day to day lives.
